well there's a million ways to incorporate wine/beer into food. I love using wines to de-glaze pans to make a sauce for whatever I just made.

You can roast a chicken with a opened beer can in it's cavity to stand it up....as it roasts the beer flavor enhances the chicken along with whatever herbs you put.

Shrimp scampi is good with garlic and white wine.

Millions of things. Never tried the burgers with beer though. But like garlic, thyme, and redwine mixed into the ground beef sounds delicious.

You can also cook with whiskey and other liquors, for example, marinating chicken or beef with jack daniels or crown is really good. All the alcohol is cooked out but the flavor is amazing. It's just a matter or playing around with different things and finding out what's good.

you can boil pasta with chianti... its turns it purple and is supposed to be off the chain. maybe good with some porcini mushrooms suace and chicken? just off the top of my head but it sounds like it would be good.
