They revamped thier entire site and completely fucked up online banking. I havent been able to get into my account for 5 days now. I've been on hold with them for 30 minutes now waiting to get my acct info. They have even made a pre-message when you call in stating that they are experiencing extremely high volume calls right now b/c of online banking issues with the transition. Maybe if they didnt fuck up thier site none of this would have happened. I'm all for change if its constructive. But this is absurd......

this is what you do...mash the 0 button on your phone, i work for a call center, thats how people get to me faster, from what they say.....also call on another phone, sometimes people slip thru the call que and get in faster

i figured it out. Suntrusts new online banking only works with Internet Explorer right now. Fucking fucktards! lol
