which car club on IA

Which car club on IA would you say has the most serious performance enthusiasts?
Some things I tend to use in determining a performance enthusiast:
- they have more money in their performance modifications than they do stereos, bling-bling, or other wonderous items
- they have few, if any, stickers on their car, if any, and usually only on their windows. they also tend to actually have parts on their car that are represented by these stickers.
- they regularly engage in some type of performance-competition event, be it streetracing, drag racing, road racing, autocross, etc.
- they typically like all sorts of performance cars, instead of focusing on one make, brand, country of origin, etc

On a slightly different note...which club has (1) generally the fastest cars as a whole club and/or (2) the fastest car period (import or domestic?)

From what I've seen it seems the majority of the clubs on IA are more show cars than anything else. Thats just what I've seen tho.

UP (under pressure) are the guys w/ the fastest overall cars on the boards, just a group of friends under a name, not really a crew. no other crew here in GA comes close :goodjob: . The slowest car they have in their clic was like 13sec, but most of their shit was 10-12, and Peters hatch was a 9sec civic.

We do have a race division run by Buddha, Pablo knows, we have 10 sec "all motor" cars. Most are not show cars, they are go fast cars. The slowest ones are 14 sec which is the min requirement, they don't don stickers and we have 16 cars right now in just that part of the team. These guys live at the track. See Buddha for the details. He just sent me vid of one of our new members and this car pulls the font end off the ground big time.

We do have some pretty quick cars...!!..Some are trailered and some are street driven...and most of them aren't pretty...We usually always have atleast 4 or 5 guys racing a weekend...For now we are mostly muscle and mostly older stuff...A couple disco nova's, some camaros, and various other stuff...and the 10sec all motor camaro is pretty fast...she runs on pump gas too...

Not Elite, thats for sure, I got passed by a 10 speed Huffy the other day riding in Brett's civic. Then I could have sworn that a old lady in a wheel chair went flying by us in Rons 350z. :)

I don't know too much about the performance teams, but I would venture to guess that the people that are hardcore performance dont really run in teams, they run solo.
