WTB: b16 header and shifter pieces

I'm looking for a stock or aftermarket b16a header, not trying to spend a whole lot but need REALLY bad...

also, i got had a 5 speed conversion done and i am missing some parts around the shifter to make it look stock (92-95 black): i got the rubber boot thing, hear there is a metal plate or whatever that goes around the shifter and bolts to the floor and I also need the 5 speed console cause of the boot bracket.....any help is MUCH appreciated
