I need someone's help!

Does anybody either know of an inexpensive or free (preferably free) place where I can park my car without it being towed. I haven't been driving it and it has expired tags on it so now my complex is telling me get a current tag or they'll tow it. Problem is, since the car has been sitting the batt went dead and the ECU will likely not be ready for emissions testing within the time they've given me to move it. Plus I can't drive it anyway with the expired tag to get the ECU to be ready. Anybody got any ideas? Let me know.

No...I'm talking about the one I wrecked before I bought yours. I'm still driving yours. It is at about 195000 right now and it's still going strong.
