Well I fluctuate, I go to sleep when people wake up, so when I have to wake up at 10 then I get 4 hrs of sleep. But the next day I make it up by sleeping till 3-4pm. But some times I have to wake up around 10 for 3-5 days strait, and thats when 4hrs adds up. I have never been able to go to sleep well, so I just drink my self to sleep wich makes 5hrs=3hrs. Im not one that opperates fine with 3hrs of sleep daily, I just sleep during the day rather then night.

I get a lot of sleep because all I do is go to school and I only have two classes (one a day) and I have no job, so I get tons of sleep. I am so bored!!!!!

usually i cant sleep more than 5hrs a day, been that way since high school. since the army i sleep in blocks, usually 3.5-4 at night and then like 1 hr in the afternoon round 3:00pm or so. every now and then, usually after i've been up for a few days, i'll sleep for 8hrs or more and my whole body will hurt when i finally wake up.

Sleep is so important.

The amount of sleep you get @ night will ultimately dictate the "type of day" you have.

I've been lacking lately, avg is 5-5.5hrs.

I think the avg amongst Americans in now 7hrs which is down from 9hrs over a 20-30 year period.

Btw this poll should've been in 2hr increments pimp. That would produce more accurate stats.

i am...and i hate it...

and he number of intervals doesn't really have too much to do with the reliability of your stat...its more to do with the type of sample to you take in relation to the population...

We have a winner! BTW, my Ti Calc did all my calculations for me in stats i.e. z-test, t-test, plotting points, and etc. That's why www.ticalc.org is your friend.

emo's dont sleep because they are to worried about how other people think about them...lol werid emos...

Some of them think they are vampires then when they bite themselves they relize that it hurts and then they are sad again...

He is correct there! So long as your sample size is large enough and the data is normally distributed, you should get an accurate reflection on the population.

Hahhaa, I'm a math/stats major, I love that kind of stuff. Regression/ANOVA/Chi Square/hypothesis testing FTW! :D
