Ok I am really looking at this house near mine and I know there are loan officers on here and I was wondering what you could do with a 160K (might be able to get the price to 155 or even 150 depending). Like what APR can you offer and payment plan...I am looking to pay the most around 1000. I would greatly appreciate any feedback.
