So i went from an EVO8 to a SRT

So heres the deal... I left last July for my second tour in Iraq and I had no choice but to sell my Evo. So im back now and needed something to drive. I looked around for about 3 weeks and found my 04 Srt. Bought it with only 6k miles on it for 15k. I must say I LOVE the car but nothing will ever beat the AWD.

Only done a few mods, Pro-line springs, Mopar BOV, and AGP wastegate but with more to come.

nah man it ain't like that. i just started posting in this section cause of the new ride and mastakilla dropped links left and right for me. i have'nt talked to you about the srt yet but if i'm not mistaken are'nt u the dude with the stock suspension srt-4 that has the fully built bottom end waiting on a HUGE turbo upgrade? bring the knowlage spike! whatcha got for me?

Looks good! Do you have any plans for the car? Are you going to stay with the stock turbo for now, or go big turbo. How much $ are you going to have to put into it. There are several different routes you can take depending on what you want and how much money you want to spend. A lot of guys are making around 300 whp on stock turbo with inexpensive parts $1500-$2000 also running low 12's high 11's with slicks.
If you want more than the stocker there are many vendors who offer big turbo's, soon(don't know when) there will also be a Twin Turbo set up.
Don't give up on the srtforums. Use the search button first if you want info, or just pm one of us. I know the guys there(srtforums) can act like bitches but there is a ton of knowledge there that you can learn from.

You plan on taking to the drag strip? If so let me know.

Knowledge..they are certified Hahn installers and tuner as well as cert. by APEXI for the SAFCII (which I run) and they work with SRT-4 with no problems, complaints, bitches ect. and im sure you know thats hard to find! It's pricey at $150 hr. but for good work well worth it! :bigok:
