My phone got stepped on and broke last night so i need to get it replaced as soon as possible. if there is anyone who would be able to help me gimme a call @ 404-457-0129

call there customer service line... there are a few people on here that work for Sprint.. but why not call custmer service.

my friend got his nextel stepped on and they replaced it but he had to pay S & H..

Wow it got stepped on and needs replacing? I have a nextel phone and it got ran over by a dodge ram 1500 and didn't do anything to it.

yeah that is what I have. When I was with verizon I would get mad and throw and kick my phone and it never did anything to it.

I have the new Pocket PC 6700. I thought that I had insurance on the phone when I didn't. The phone is about $600 dollars retail and theres no way I can pay that twice. I have no phone now so if anyone working @ sprint could help me out with replacing this phone let me know. Thanks again.

i got that one too....didn't pay the $600 price tag though payed 125 brand new in the box for it. Its an "ok" phone. if i can figure out how to use the function to make it work as the tv remote that'll make it kick ass. :king:

i bought it retail with no contract...
