Blue STI pulled over on Ga400 by Alpharetta, and Forsyth PD owner in cuffs?

Saw a blue STI owner in cuffs off exit 14 yesterday. Both Alpharetta, and Forsyth County PD were on scene. Thats about 10 miles out of Alpharettas Jurisdiction. Just wondering if it was anyone on here.
