Shes mad because she is 1 of 435 congressmen and of also 100 senators. She got mad that she was not recognized by the officer who stopper her. I doubt that the capital police officers can recognize 100% 535 different congressmen and senators every day.

Representative Cynthia McKinney’s lawyer says that she is simply a victim of “being in Congress while black.”
McKinney planned a late-afternoon news conference in Washington to discuss the altercation she had with a Capitol police officer on Wednesday. Her lawyer, James W. Myart Jr. says that her problems with police are racial in nature.
“Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney, like thousands of average Americans across this country, is, too, a victim of the excessive use of force by law enforcement officials because of how she looks and the color of her skin,” Myart said. “Ms. McKinney is just a victim of being in Congress while black.”
McKinney’s office on Thursday afternoon, released a video clip from the documentary “American Blackout,” in which McKinney is questioned by a Capitol police officer who does not immediately recognize her. In the clip, she implies that the questioning is because she is black.
McKinney’s newly-rescheduled 5:30 p.m. news conference is supposed to have an appearance by actor Danny Glover.
"Rep. McKinney appearing with the star of 'Lethal Weapon'? Not exactly the message you want to be sending," said Ron Bonjean, spokesman for House Speaker Dennis Hastert, R-Ill.
Members of Congress routinely wear a lapel pin identifying them as a legislator, permitting them to circumvent the security checkpoints in and around Capitol Hill. McKinney was not wearing her pin at the time, and the Capitol police officer did not recognize her.
The officer pursued McKinney, and grabbed her by the arm when he caught up with her. That is when McKinney struck the officer.
Word emerged from Capitol Hill on Friday that Capitol police were planning on arresting and charging McKinney as soon as the beginning of next week. Police officials, however, refused to comment.
