While I agree, Brett, it is up to the party being flirted with (if they are taken) to make it known that nothing will happen. The person (guy in this case) needs to step up to the plate and kill whatever intentions or advancements that were present. If he did not do that, then he was obviously playing both sides and allowing it to continue on. You can fault the girl, to an extent, but if the guy was playing along and leading her on, you can't really fault her past that point.

A guy (Derek) that truly wants to be with a certain girl (Sara) and doesn't want to fuck around with his current relationship will end the PMs and flirting right then and there. Apparently, that wasn't the case given what I am reading in these posts. I am only basing my statements on what I have read right here. If the truth is different, then I take what I said back.
