NEED: DVD Encoder for XP Pro

Does anyone have one for free? I need to get this machine playing dvds and can't find a free decoder for media player. It doesn't have to work with media player, any software will work. Thanks in advance

use video lan it plays everything.... i havne't found anything it cant. google "video lan" an it should be the first link

download the trial version of powerdvd and just never use it. that was you have a decoder installed
