Poor Butterfly

Today was riding along a backroad and i see a pretty little yellow and black butterfly floating around then few seconds later I get smacked in the helmet and end up getting guts all over my helmet , my jacket, and on my bike. I pretty upset but i felt bad for crushing the innocent butterfly....made me wonder whats the biggest insect that you guys have had hit you while riding your bike...?

I hit one of those BIG ASS bees the other day and I was in a t-shrit it stung alittle

I ran into a junebug....and even with a leather jacket, left a decent size bruise on my shoulder.

The worse bug story I have is, heading up 129, and ran into a swarm of love bugs...so I had like a million of them all over my helmet and jacket.

Love bugs? You mean cicadas or something? This is one thing that would keep me from driving a motorcycle, b/c I hate fucking bugs.

I have hit one of those butterflies with my work truck, guts where everywhere! :thinking: as for a bike the worst i got was a rock hit my inner theigh from a tractor trailer truck about 80mph.. I pulled over after that one :mad:

that reminds me of when i was driving my car not to long ago and i saw these 2 butterflies like mateing i guess and then one went straight into my top mount intercooler and the other nailed the windshield. i felt kinda sad. but on my dirtbike i hit a squirell once.
