NEED HELP STAGE 2 SKUNK 2 CAMS IN B16A

I GOT A B16A AND IT HAS STAGE 2 SKUNK 2 CAMS JUST INSTALLED THE CAR STARTS UP AND RUNS BUT IT BEGINS 2 OVER HEAT AND IT IDLES AT 3000 rpm DO U THINK ITZ THE TIMMING

Who did the install? what was the Valve Lash set to? Check the timing belt an also check your spark plugs an base timing. Base timing should be at 16 degrees BTDC. Make sure the Cam gears an Timing belt are in time

i dont even kno i jus got the car like a hour ago and the kid i traded it with said it the timming for sure but he doesnt kno how 2 do it i guess he installed it and couldnt do the timming rite

be carefull, if the timing belt is off a tooth, you can destroy the motor
