I'm looking into getting a new house sometime this year. Prefer houses built fromt 2003+. Do you have any recommendation to what area, which builder, or where I should look into if they're for sale by owners?

I'm looking for places lil bit outside of I285, preferably up north I85/GA400. But if you have any other recommendations, please do tell.
