i think its locked to tmobile, might be unlocked, but i'd be safe to say its tmobile only.... i know you can have them unlocked for like 10 bux tho.

been using it for bout 3 months now, no problems.

got pics of any scratches? especially the screen? firm on the price?
no pics... on the body, there are NO big scratches and then u know the barely noticeable little scratches that occur during usage...
absolutely 0 cracks/scratches on the screen. its perfect
