well since i bought that swap that was supposed to be mint,good tranny no grinds etc.the tranny grinded 3rd and fifth from day one,and leaked oil from day one and now does not go in reverse.The axles where bad and were bad and not from a gsr, the fuel rail was not from a gsr,had to try a week to find a axle nut to fit so you could imagine how i feel, im gonna have to buy a new tranny and axles.would have appriciated some honesty

1st of all lets get some facts straight, i know for 100 percent that swap was perfect and running 100%.. 3 days after i sold the swap the guy callled me telling me the car was missing.. i told him what too look for .. i never heared anything back from him.

How am i suppouse to warranty something 9 months later, when i was told the swap was running already.

If you read that last guys post on 5/02 he said it was running in a phatom hatch, a little honesty..

well i called you numerous times but i got the message when you never returned my calls. And as for the transmission, I have since purchased a new one since the one I got from you would barely go into gear the day I bought it. It got to the point over a course of a month where it would not even go into gear at all. OEM Honda Manual transmission fluid is all that was in it. So, with that said, if you are looking for a spare I have one now, that is in good working order, in the car. I am trying to find me an LSD tranny. I would say since I gave 2300 for a full swap with claimed "60,000 miles on it" that the tranny was worth at least $600 of the $2300. So if you want one, and want to make what was wrong right, that is the price. I would be more than willing to let everyone know the honest seller you are if you purchased it back.

Sounds like a bad clutch to me did you replace the clutch when you replaced the trans?
