so it was latinos doing the jobs ?as mentioned above, three hispanics the second time they were spotted on the hwy...the first time was two scoping out a car in a pretty nice neighborhood...hell, i drive through neighborhoods all the time just looking as houses and shit so no big deal....but i don't go 2mph staring at a car that is 1 in a million and then adding in that it's an ITR on steelies (how many have seen that???) with an out of state tag that came back to a white male.

Didnt get that good of a look. It was champ. white with an ITR spoiler and 5 lug from what I could tell.
