what do you have done to it?
You shouldve raced him from the dig. Mr2's arent roll cars,

Are you crazy! He probably ran against a stock mr2. I'd rather run from a roll then a stop (it's easier).

its easier if you dont know how to launch, When you learn how to launch the 2, its another expirence....Thats what the mid engine is good for....Launches

yes, thats what most say "lets go from a roll" cause they have no skill whatsoever.
lame
i dont streetrace or approve of it, but damnit if youre going ot do it do it right, go from a dead stop, not just a punching it in 3rd

ok so you MR-2 guys like to go from digs. Umm just wondering how well you perform from a dig then, so if you have been to the track what are your 60' ? Ohh, & TigerRC we still need to run sometime, from a roll ;).

Ok, Ok. Yes I suck at launching in my mid engined car. I used to know how to launch when I wasn't making as much power. Sorry, I suck.
btw, my best 60ft was a 1.85 on 17'' all season khumo's.
I ran a 13.16@103 that day.

I agree with you 100%. I guess Im just a little girl when it comes to lining up on the street and leaving people on the launch, (This is who the cop see's and will go after). What's the fun in that? At least give them a chance. If I punch it 3rd gear and your getting left I guess there's nothing else to do huh?

that's not necessary. I know what these cars can do on street tires. Since your a 2 owner, I know you know you must slip the clutch in order to get a good launch. Since I purchased a lwfw and spec 6 puck clutch, its definitely been a challenge to get those 60ft times again. Im not making 260whp anymore either. My best launches were when I had the stock flywheel and the act stage 1 clutch. What have you done to your car?
