whatever happened to Boxcar racer, i really liked them :eye:

Boxcar was just a project band for Tom Delonge and Travis Barker. Tom now has Angels and Airwaves or whatever his new band is called and Travis is still drumming for the Transplants and 2 other bands I believe.

it was a side band that to me was only formed for more $$$ if it was more that that then they would still be around.they had alot of success with that project and never brought it back.kind of a shitty thing to do.

Boxcar Racer was formed when Mark's kid was born, and he didn't have enough time for Blink. Tom had written a bunch of songs he didn't think were right for Blink, and so he and Travis did a one cd side project with 2 other guys. Now that Blink is gone, Tom has reconnected with David Kennedy from BR, and Mark and Travis are in a band called Plus44. BR was never meant to be a full time band, just a one CD fling.
