You have to complete 30 credit hours at GPC to transfer to State.

I was just accepted to GSU as a transfer from GPC. My grades were also complete and total shit in highschool. I think my overall average from the 4 years was a 68%. I'm not a stupid guy, just lazy.
Anyway... If you took the time to check out the website, you'd see that you need 30 credits to come in as a transfer student. Anything before that, and they will go by highschool and sat/act scores. Since you did shitty in highschool, I advise pulling the 30 credits as GPC. I think i had 44 when i applied to GSU with a B average, and they accepted me.

At gpc i did 14-16 creds a semester. All depends on what you can handle.

2 semesters 15 hrs each u can pull it off.. gpc is just like high school... I only wish they had like junior senior level classes.. f'in GPC won't let me take anymore classes cuz i'm done with core. Grr but then again i kinda felt ashamed to say i went to gpc...

Gpc isn't that bad. Go to the new gwinnett university... Then you can be ashamed.
