Its a technical support/desktop support position for Cingular's internal helpdesk, meaning you dont have to deal with the public, just the people that work for cingular. The office location is off of ashford-dunwoody. You need to have some expierance, 1 year is preferable.

have 1 year exp in a technical environment, i.e desktop support, helpdesk, anything that would have you repairing computers hardware, software, and some servers.

This is a bit off topic, it's just out of curiousity. It seems like 99.999999% of the cellphone industry jobs I see require atleast a year of experience... But how are you supposed to get that experience if all the friggin' jobs require experience? is it really that hard to train someone to do it the right way? just curious how you all got your foot in the door in the field.
