This is a 2.4 liter turbo charged factory honda motor that is going to come stock in the new Acura Rdx sux. 240hp and 260tq. I forsee crazy swaps with that motor.

Upgrade the turbo, get a turbo timer, and up the boost with the boost controller lol. you'd be up more than the 240. At least you should be lol

i doub it, it being a turbo charged car, it would probably make as much torque as the semi-whimpy V6 the accord. doesnt need to be light

honda sabre =acura legend/vigor......and it was offered 5cyl and 6cyl.....and the beat was not the first turbo motor made...they had many prototypes before that......the beat was the first mass produced.....1981-1983..........honda strayed from turbo motors due to the fact that many of their cars produced as much power as other companies that did have turbo offerings....and the ceo of honda of japan wanted to keep his motors "a higher level of new technology rather than resorting to quick solutions" man that guy was waaaayyyy wrong...........good uck with it.....im sticking to my old and very faithful b-series

Or people could just get a K24 block and bore it out to 2.7L and use the K20 Type S heads and slap on a GT40R on there and have a tractionless wonder. I would've went this route but I've spent too much in my current build.

Like everyone said Honda has made turbo engines in the past. This is not a suprise.

Also, The MDX has NEVER been light in ANY sense of the word.

And Honda makes a turbo personal watercraft. It is NOT a Jet-Ski. Yes they are two different things.
