so im walking my dog and i hear people screaming ..
then i realized ok the neighbors are fighting ..
all of sudden i hear things breaking and hear a loud * SMACK * ..
go into my apartment and ask my friend did you hear them fighting ..
and he goes yea you wanna go over there ?
im like no id rather call the 5-0 on them ..
15 minutes later they come knocking on my door ..
and i tell them the story and they go next door ..
i hear them yelling even more and 5 minutes later hes out the door cuffed ..
its sad and i hate when things like this happen ..
situations could of been alot worse ..

I was arrested for street racing , but i wasnt street racing. they mistook my car for another. I was arrested, spent 9 hours in jail, an about $2300 in fines and expenses. I won in court and got most of my money back. Also, i was at a known street racing spot, so i went quietly. i was in the wrong place at the wrong time. The cops were justified for what they did to me, but i proved i was not the one racing so i got let off.

making up drugs in a house is a completly differnt subject than some guy putting his hands on his wife. For all you know the girl couldve told a lie to get the dude arrested, most of the time in situations like this the cops will side with the woman if its about battery, or assualt i mean look at it like this....

If i hit a girl, girls will hate me, and girls will think im some kind of killer or woman beater....
