no shit man. Thing is too, if its split 3 ways, its 1800 and some change for the house. Me and an old roommate had a house in braselton and we paid 400 a month a peice utilities and all(we didnt have a house phone or cable) and we had a 4 bedroom house on 2 acres so this house must be incredible.
