I've got a real nice Snap On tool box (KRA2411 MSRP $3499) with a custom riser and top cab (can’t remember model number MSRP $1199.00) that I am looking to get rid of. I just got a new snap on box and this one has to go. The top box has a little nick on the side of it, but you can’t really see it. Both the top and bottom boxes are keyed alike. The box is in like new condition and it is just under a year old (I built the riser about a month after I bought it and took the picture the day I finished it so that should give you an idea how old it is). It has never been used in a commercial environment; it has only held my tools in my home garage. I am looking to trade this box for just about anything of value:

ETA: Cash price of $2500.00

Early 90’s Jeep YJ
Late 80’s Toyota 4x4 Pickup
Honda 4x4 ATV (Rancher or Foreman, etc.)
Large HDTV LCD Television
Kahr P9C
Small camper
600-750cc Motorcycle
John Deere Gator

If you have anything else that I may be intersted in let me know, this is taking up room in my enclosed trailer and I need to get rid of it. I will deliver, email me for details. Thanks!

general question, what makes a snap-on tool box so expensive?

the name, and quality. U get full value for it if u ever want to trade up for a bigger box. ive had 2 snap on boxes and always got full value on it when i traded up. I kept them waxed and scratch free.

Snap-on won't buy it back for that much?

no, they want to give me trade in credit for it and I have all of the tools that I need (for right now). I'm sure if someone were to buy this for my price they could turn around and trade it in for more, I just don't want to fool with it, plus I need cash or another toy! I have received a few offers (one super low ball, but no worries) but it is STILL NOT SOLD! Please keep in mind that I am willing to do some trading as well!
