How 2 make more power

I got an 02 wrx and i want to make power without spendin alot of money. I was thinkin bout a manual boost controller, downpipe and a borla exhaust. With the boost controller i want to raise the boost about 2psi.

i think you are wasting time with some of those mods^. boost 16lbs. and dont forget uppipe (wrx's have a catted uppipe)

i have a buddy with an 05 Cobb stg 2 WRX. he's making about 230-250awhp and about same in torque. ran a 13.8 @ 100mph w/ 1.98 60'. not too shabby.. he's not the best of drivers.

depends on what you call alot of money...
i made 220/220 for about $800 and thats not alot of money
