thinking of selling my car, what do you think

hey guys. i am selling my rb25 s13. gonna start a new project car.
modifications:
three angle valve job, sodium bath for the head, cosmetic metal head gasket, arp head studs, t3/t4 turbo, tial external wastegate, hks super sequential blow off valve, bored, weisco ceramic coated pistons, crank shaft reconditioned, connecting rods reconditioned, 12"X 24"X 4" fmic, koyo radiator w/ 2 10" cooling fans, new intercooler piping, 3" downpipe, 3" hks super dragger exhaust, safc2, 255lph fuel pump.
what needs to be fixed:
needs a speed sensor beacuse speedometer doesnt work, a 300zx non turbo one works i think.
same with the tach, although the tach on the afc2 works properly.
a short shifter would help
paint could be better
i am thinking of selling it for $10,000 or better offer. might trade for a good s14, gsr, or crx and some cash depending on modifications mileage and so on

Why do people think they can buy a $2000 car and a $3000 motor then do like $3k in mods and sell it for 10k?
