I'm assuming 4x100's are hard because it's mostly american. Civics are the prime car for 4x100 and over in Japan it's all about the CTR...which has a 5lug wheel I think. I'm also assuming it's hard to find pistons and parts because over there they throw cars away at about 40K cuz once you hit that, Japan considers 'em totalled. Salvage yards would probably be your best friend on that if they have any over there.
