On a side note (since I'm here already)....I went home to SC. this weekend to see if I could cause any havoc. So, I hit the local meeting spot in North Charleston....seems these guys are kind of tight lipped about their rides, and like to run for money (cool with me)....and everyone is on the spray.

Two guys I met there, set me up to run with a modded N/A 96ish Cobra...the car reportedly dyno'd 300+rwhp, has 4.10 gears, :blah: ....the guy asked me what speed I wanted to do a roll from, so I told him to pick his sweet spot. We ended up doing a 55mph hit....we left together....I start to pull on him (he's in 3rd, I'm in 2nd :D )....I miss 3rd and he puts a half car between us.....I get 'er into 3rd and put a car between us before time to change to fourth :D

I decided the cobra was too easy, time for bigger prey :D so...I pick out a nice auto LS1 Z28 with exhaust, lid, something else, and a 125 shot. We lined up at 60mph (his choice) and start the pull.....dead even through my second gear........GRIND!!!!!....miss 3rd again....the z28 is about a car in front of me now.....turbo decides to come back online.....feels like I'm about to actually reel him in.......damn!!!!...traffic....had to slow down.

I guess the ls1 driver wanted to see what that ugly ass 240 could do, so he sped up to clear traffic, and attempted to line up with moi at 70mph....mission aborted due to blue flashing lights up ahead. We returned to the hangout spot.

Now....I met the cockiest EVO owner I have ever even heard of. I politely asked the guy what was done to his car...."stock! or kinda stock!" was his snotty reply. All he knew was my car had an sr swap, and from his cocky nature, he assumed I was stock I guess......I asked him if he wanted to run with the cobra and I..."why bother?" was this clown's reply! Some of the other guys told me his car was indeed fast...they guessed he was making around 400awhp....the dude did pop his hood to show some other rice-a-roni evo owner his damn BOV....a turbo XS bov....whooptie-fucking-doo! Everything under his hood looked stock except for the turbo and bov....I pretended to not be listening as he told the other guy he had a "white rabbit" turbo....from what I gather, it's a modified stock 16G. When I go back to SC. Mr. fast evo is gonna get called out just for GP. It's one thing to keep your goods on the low-low.....but no need in being so arrogant and cocky.....not like his evo has 100000000hp....like the viper guys here do :jerkit:

Well the truth is the truth. Alan (black GTS), that car is badass but Alan is just a no driving faggot(everyone thinks this, not just me).. Joe's viper(silver RT10) is fucking mean, but (great guy) he doesn't drive very well either. John's car runs very strong also not sure why it got beat by an 03 cobra i put 4 cars on.. Kyle's car is nasty, but thats all driver.. put kyle in any of those vipers and they'd be 8-9 sec cars (black GTS/silver RT10)... So yes there all mean cars, I mean fuck there vipers...

The White Rabbit, aka WR, was one of the biggest disappointments and failures in the Evo community... it's a bolt-on turbo flanged for the stock manifold that uses a bigger compressor wheel than stock... but surges like crazy and 80% of the time, makes less power or the same as the stock turbo. Definitely nothing to brag about.

Nice, talking shit thats fine. My car doesnt get driven that much because it took me until now to be able to own one and I dont want to fuck it up racing . I built my car to go out and have fun and go to the track when it is finished. As for the cobra my car was untuned and I pulled 2 cars instantly and then let off because it was backfiring so bad. I would have loved to had a rematch with the car tuned. That was also on 8lbs and no watermeth and 18degrees of timing. Now that I have 31 degrees and a little more boost and it is tuned the story would be different, but Brandon keep running your fucking mouth thats what you are good at and thats why no one wants to be your friend anymore. :2up:

Only ran a 13.04 at 114 with extremely safe tune and low boost( factory settings) and 205/60/15 yok es100's, nothing special. I thought the burnouts were awsome, but then again it is my car. :D
