20 ft is blue and other 20 ft is green.
you get what you see in the picture.

I can meet somewhere in front of Gwinnet place mall.

one end has a/c outlet, and other end is a screw on type connectors, which enables you to hook up bunch of these rope lights.

they are water proof

I am sure you can, but problem lies here:: these are flexible, so you will have to find something you can wrap this around. Additionally, you will need dc-ac power inverter
