cleaning EGR system

I need to get my EGR system cleaned out, they said it would take only like 15-20 minutes to do, anyone know how?

if ur egr valve is still good they might just be cleaning all the carbon out of the all the piping. if so i say just use some carburetor cleaner or throttle body clean and a brush and clean them out. just my :2cents:

NTB has a fuel injector cleaner through the intake mani that can clean it but it cost around $80.... i use to owork there i got the tool to use it but not the cleaning solution

for $80 I mine as well pay someone to pass my emissions
