tell me why a eagle summit(aka mirage) can beat a gt? it was a gray gt probably a 2000 model that i walked on 85.what is going on?

need a few more details on the car... cause I have a 97 mirage de with the shitty lil 1.5 or whatever came in it, and it's reliable and effecient as hell... but it wouldn't beat a snail carrying a yugo.

I never said all Mirage's were slow....it's just that his explanation sucks.

That's like saying all dodge caravan's are slow....but there's a group of them that run 10's all day long in the 1/4.

Too bad it takes a lot for Caravans to run 10's and it takes like 3 grand for a mirage to run 11's.

His isnt even a cool turbo hatch though. Not light, Not fast. The Mustang wasnt even going probably. However, Mirages can be a riot.

i just posted without an explanation because i wanted to see what people thought.the first post was negative.these cars are underestimated.i knew that GT had no chance.well anyways i have a

1994 eagle summit with: a 4g63t 6 bolt jdm motor,2 1/2 turbo back exhaust piping,generic crap muffler,no ac, no power steering, no interior,2 nonreclinable racing seat/harnesses,LS wheels, obx adjustable coilovers,evo hood,front strut bar,rear upper and rear lower strut bar...etc.

oh yeah and i said summit aka mirage because some people dont know what summits are.im know my stuff.

Awesome. Sorry to blow your cover a little bit. Running the 14b, small 16, something big??

I'm probably going to get a turbo mirage hatch or turbo expo eventually. Love those things.

You out ran it because its a damn shitstang. Mustangs are the closes thing to an import you can get without being made out of this country.I give the SRT-4 more respect than I do 94-05 mustang.1994 Gt mustang 225FWHP. That makes about 198 at the tire in a 3500LB car:eek:

Go to barret pkwy take you pics. They all run the same and sound the same. Sound good run shitty. Also don't race a guy in a vert 03 cobra with the tag that says PULLNU. That guys has major issues and is a dangerous person. He is on roids and is known for pullin a 9mm alot. Just a heads up.;)
