well im trying to decide on pistons rods and cams,for my 1997 b18 and i know what i would like but how wwould i run if i just bought a regular engine rebuild kit and then put my money into nice stage 2 crower cams, would i be able to make a good amount of power, say 200 to 250, or more with a good tune

dont see why not, i seem to remember a stock gsr w/ a jr s/c netting like 215 to the wheels at a dyno day i went to

Ummm, do you have any sort of forced induction to go with the forged internals? 250whp is cake on stock internals.
