man i have been eating choclate like a motherfucker...thats right bitches cig free for 29hrs, like a champ. Aimee you better be good too! Ohh yes and PA in this mothat fucker, bet you i slapped an IA sticker on the XC70!

good job!! i quit in november.. the first 10 days are the hardest.. chew gum and keep your hands busy!! you will do just fine :)

Grats Justine. I quit (was smoking almost 2 packs a day) back in September. I've smoked a cig here and there when hangin' with some friends, but thats fine with me. I just don't want to be a REAL smoker anymore... got tired of smellin' like an ashtray 24/7 and havin' my fingers stained from the smoke. G'luck.
