I was thinking about wet sanding my headlight covers w/ some 1500grit+ paper and spraying them with clear, does NE one know of a way to remove the chips on the headlights from daily driving?

if you are just going to clear them, you can wet sand them with 400grit. It will be alot easier and faster.

You don't need to clear headlights...http://forums.importatlanta.com/showthread.php?t=39376 do that then if you want to protect them then get the clear Lamin-x (www.lamin-x.com) or 3M film (www.rockblocker.com)

A wax applicator pad and a little container of metal polish cream works fine on headlights. Circular motion on it by hand like you're waxing a car and wipe it off with a clean cloth.
