ive heard different things about doing a rear disk swap on a ef civic, like differences on setup and proportioning valves (use or not), and different stuff. i actually sold my EF a week or so ago and my buddy that bought it wants to do a brake swap, and i found a wrecked LS i can get brakes off really cheap.
does anyone have a parts list needed to do the swap?
does anyone have a link that actually shows you how to do the swap?
thanks for any info. it is all appreciated.

What body style LS? DA? DC?
Yes, you need the proportioning valve from the vehicle that the rear disc comes from.

thanks bro. its a LS. i was going to buy the whole car for 500 (got hit in side) and pull motor tranny and brakes and scrap the rest. i got lazy and i dont wanna put drums on when for less i can put disk on.

You should be straight using DA parts. You can upgrade to the DA knuckles and brakes and it will bolt right on, and it should give you a little bit of positive camber (good if the car is lowered. It will bring the negative back out some). Just make sure you take rear trailing arms with everything on them (but you can use the Civic LCAs if you want), the proportioning valve, the E-brake cables (they will be a little long but you can tuck it up with the gas tank), and the hoses that go from the hard lines to the calipers. Or, if you would rather, you can get Stainless Steel brake lines for either a DA or a 90-91 CRX Si with rear disc. I would probably go with the CRX Si ones, myself. The rear calipers, discs, and rotors are the same from CRX, to DA, to DC, ETC. Other than that, everything bolts up. Actually, you might be able to use the brake master cylinder and booster from the DA too to give you more breaking power, but I would need to do some more checking on that.
Does the DA you are looking at have ABS? It is a lot less work if it doesn't. If it does there are some sensors and stuff you have to remove.

yeah i do actually. BTLFED, have you heard anyhting bout people doing legend calipers on civics? i think the 2 piston calipers would be bad ass but would it fuck up the brake balance?

The DA brakes are great. i did these about 2 weeks ago, and did 3 alignments to see how it affects everything. the rear DA disc move the wheel outward about 1/4", i had to roll my fenders. even if you leave the stock compensator arms it will knock your toe out of alignment. the DA fronts actually caused my camber to go more negative and FUBAR your toe! plan on doing it all at once and then immediately have an alignment done! you need the integra e-brake cables. with hawk hp+ pads, my car stops like nothing else ive been in. you also need the prop valve, and go ahead an throw on a 15/16 MC fron a 90-91 EX 4dr. it will bolt onto your stock brake booster

I have heard of it on later model Civics, but not on EFs. IMO I would do the DA brakes and let it ride. EFs are so light and without ABS there becomes a point where there is too much braking LOL :D

the legend calipers have been done on a EF.. but with DA brakes i easily lock up all 4 wheels.. i cannot imagine needing more brakes for 99% of driving than the DA brakes on a EF will provide.
