It is brand new..still has the plastic film on the click wheel.
It is the special edition U2 IPOD...I have the charger, ear piece, and usb...i do not have the cd(which comes with the ipod)..

it has the U2 signatures in the back...and u can download all the U2 songs (gotta pay) through their website but u get a $50 discount...
