Rims, are pealin?

Any ideas? THe clear coat is pealing off. Other than that they are in great condition and i like em alot how can i fix this or get this fixed?

sorry repainting is the only way, unless you reclear them but i'd just og ahead and get the whole thing redone.

I would rather pay and have it done right. I dont want to paint them i just want them "recleared"

I saw how he painted my buddy's wheels and it was a no-brainer to take my set to him.
