if ur have a cingular already, just lookin for a different phone. here it is!

it wil come with:

manual, car and home charger, usb cable,ringtone maker software, belt clip holster,

the scratches can only be found on the battery

this is an at&T phone so if nots unlocked it will not work on cingular network. a cingular sim card wont work in an at&t phone unless the at&t phone is unlocked. free bump :)

wow.. dude.cingular bought att awhile back. and it this phone works with cingular sim cards. like the screen say son the picture. it says CINGULAR doesnt it? ...thisboi thinks he smart.

once again. if that phone is not unlocked it will NOT work with a cingular sim. just like before they merged, their equipment didnt work with cingular, and it wont work now. and it wasnt a merger it was a buyout which means cingular (sbc/bellsouth) bought at&t wireless. it only says cingular because they both had the same tower network and the tower frequency have been adjusted. im done on this. good luck.
