Okay , im usually a night person, but have to force myself to sleep around 11pm each night sometimes later. I have to work tommorrow morning around 7 am. I wanted to try something new and attempt to stay up all night and go to work in the morning. I took a two hour nap at 6pm this evening and woke up at 8. Im not sure if thats going to help but I feel great so far. So this is my little experiment, and hopefully it doesnt come back to bite me in the ass. Plus I have midterm assignments coming up. BTW, the only time I stayed up all night was a road trip to Indianapolis, and I felt like shit all day :lmao:

i've done the 24 hour deal a couple times. and as long as you stay active during the day you wont fall asleep at all. at least i dont. but the minute i take a sit down, i am out.

hmmm let me know if that works for ya.
It weird because when I had to work on Black Friday I got about 4 hours of sleep and I woke up fine but when I try to get about 6 hours of sleep its hard as hell to get up.
Hope you make it through the day tomorrow

i read that acutally anything more than 4 hours to recharge your energy is too much and makes you more tired.

Definatly, Ill post back how I feel gradually throughout the night and day at work. I felt pretty tired around 6pm this evening, and I had 8 hours of sleep the night before. I usually dont start getting my energy until 10 pm most nights anyways. I dont plan on doing this every night, but if I know I can do it, itll be worth it sometimes.

i on average get 3-4 hours sleep now. honestly, the longest i've stayed up consecutively was 5 days. damn i'm telling you holucinations are a bitch after your 4th day up things are gonna get a little funny !! but i trust noone will stay up that long. i've done it a few times.
but after my wreck i was completely sleep deprived. i could go to sleep, but i'd wake up about the time of the accident(230am every night) and couldnt get back to sleep. now i'm like fuck it. when i get home in the evenings i get about 3-4 hours if that and i'm up for the rest of the nite/next day.

The last time i stayed up all night, that morning i was like having conversations with myself (loudly). Luckily no one else was there. haha
And then i almost fell asleep while i was driving, so no more of that for me.
So, have fun with that :goodjob:
