I just installed a lightweight flywheel and new clutch, and now my Vtec is not engaging, I've reset teh ECU and checked my oil level, but I can't figure it out. Does anyone have an idea what could be going on???
any help would be much appreciated.
do you have ground going to ur vtec solenoid? some ppl do a short ground wire to the solenoid bracket or somewhere close to the solenoid in swaped cars so u might have left that loose when u put the tranny back in. I dnt know what knda car u have but that is the first thing that comes to mind when u only messed with the tranny.

hmm, maybe ur vtec screen is clogged. Ive worked on a early 90's prelude the lost oil pressure to the head but i doubt thats ur problem. if everything is plugged in and u got ur power and ground id check the screen.

check your speedo since you installed the clutch....it might not be plugged in

Nope that's plugged in to. that's actually the first thing I checked, the only thing I haven't checked is the Vtec selanoid screen, which someone suggested earlier in the post.
