okay if it's raining...the parking deck is right across from target...you'll pass one traffic light...then take a left (if you're heading toward pleasant hill) at the non-working (i think) traffic lights...and the parking deck is right behind that office building....

someone can post up more accurate directions if need be (because i lack any sort of direction)... :(

ill be there. so if your heading from pleasant hill, then it turns into statebrige it will be on the right before before the target? or is it after the the meadlock bridge light? is it in the new office building parking lot where theres no business open yet?

oh its where the blinking yellow light is before you get to the light where you turn into the target parking lot. thats what it looks like on the picture. ill be able to find it

where are you coming from?

easiest way i know of is find a way to get to 85 north, go up that till pleasant hill exit. make a left off the exit, follow all the way down past buford highway, way out till you get a blinking light basically lol.
