One day you're, the next day you're gone. I wanted to let everyone know, that we are not guaranteed any specific time here on earth, like you all with any amount of intelligence know, which I am sure is all of you. As cliched as it may sound, try not to take your family for granted. I am not talking specifically, but not excluding, people who are "blood", I am speaking of those you love and cherish and do not think for a minute that they will not be there tomorrow. It is so awkward to imagine not being able to say "goodbye" to someone you look up to, whether it is their uncanny ability to make light of the darkest of circumstances, or the fact that they are so brilliant you envy every aspect of their life, you never know.
You never know what a person is really feeling until it is too late. I believe many people walk around with the "happy-go-lucky" mentality that covers up so well, what really ails them at heart, and it is difficult to determine what is really happening. Just remember when it is too late, it is too late. Try not to let your selfishness or your day filled with a plethora of unmeaningful promises to fulfill get in the way of things that will truly affect you at heart.
Remember friends and family are things we all need to be at peace with. Don't you agree?
