My foothurts

Anybody have those little holes in your foot? Like, i had it before, its these little pieces of your foot hat feel like extremely dry skin, and its on the sole. It hurts like an opensore or something. My mother said she had one and had to dig it out or something like that, im like HELL NO! Any way I can get rid of this thing without cutting a chunk out my foot? Im hoping one of the older heads have a remedy for this

I've had those, but mine didn't bother me and just went away.

My sister had them and had to get them like burned out by the dermatologist.
