I am posting this for a friend. He has a s14 240sx with a s15 silvia swap and it is time for him to have his emissions done. He is wondering if he can rent out a 1x1 part of someone house/ apartment to use their address. The only criteria is they must live outsite the emisssions testing zones so he will not have to get tested. Please help, Reply on this thread if you can help or have any other ideas and suggestions

Thanks
Chris

yah, as far as i know, Hall county doesntSupposedly Hall was going to get it for 2005 but it hasn't happened yet (I was looking into the cost/profit of owning a testing facility)...neither neighboring Lumpkin, White, or Dawson co. have it either.

I think there are 24 counties that require testing out of the 159 in Georgia.

Ah interesting. I grew up in Cobb county and when i moved out here and heard that there were no emissions i was like WTF? lol My car is still registered in cobb and i have to get emmisions done soon...and i will fail horrible. Luckily i saved my old exauhst and a neighbor of my parents can hook me up with a "special" emissions test.

The following counties require emissions

Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, Coweta, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Henry, Paulding, and Rockdale.

If anyone lives outside these counties and can help please let me know

Thanks
Chris
