Picked up a new desk from Staples for 64 bucks and absolutely love it! Also picked up a TV tuner to watch and record tv shows on my desktop. I wish I never had to leave my room

Yep, doing it the smart way, didnt want to spend the money on rent and other shit right away. I spent it on the things I want, such as what you see and my cars. Great trade off if you ask me ;) . However, Im moving out this summer to my own place. :) Ill post some pics of that too when I get settled in slosol, just for you buddy.

Not sure why that's so funny, but alrighty :bigok:

I see it this way, I dont want to live in a small place, pay for rent, pay for food, utilities, etc etc, when I can still live at home till I get a nice place and am financially viable to have a decent lifestyle on my own. And in the mean time, stockpile equipment to take with me to furnish the new place.

I understand what your saying completely. But after so long on your own it is time to upgrade things and that is when you have to plan out purchases and things like that. Which is the point I am at now, but I ain't hatin on ya homie :goodjob:

I know right. I would have a $4000 1d MK2 and all "L" lenses if I still lived at home but alas it is not an option since I am on the other side of the state from them :(

man I am like you...I'm staying at home until after college when I get my career going (won't be too hard since I have a job lined up), but its so much easier not having to worry about rent and food. Just your wants and some needs like car and that bad ass set up that you have...Is that a 27" wide Screen?

Nice set up though...I got a ? about your camera you have the d50...what you think about the d70?

cuz I was lookin through the Nikons (i like Nikon lol) and George's camera came up and there is a HUGE price difference in d50 and d70 lol...just wondering though and thanks for the reply. I was also looking at lenses to go and I wanted the 70-200mm one I think it was 1,499 for that one lol

The D70 isnt worth it IMO, most D70 users ive talked to recently wished they got the D50 instead and saved the money. Ive got two lenses with mine, the kit lens 18-55 mm and a Sigma 70-300mm.

The TV on the wall is a 46 inch widescreen, the one on the table is a 21 incher.
