WTB: 38mm wastegate or 15psi spring

I'm looking for a 38mm external wastegate (preferrably Tial), or just a spring for a 38mm wastegate (tial or ssa style) that is rated anywhere between 10 and 15psi. If anyone has something, give me a call at 770-316-5571.
