Anyone have one they can't take care of anymore or know where a good place to get one is? I've always wanted one and now I live where I can own one.

Thanks.

Negative, I don't think they sell them to begin with and I don't like buying pets from there...

LOl......start a thread, "Subs for ferret"
I would figure Petsmart had them. Try Petco.

I think it is petsmart or petland, The one by the mall near off of barrett prky. Not the one near the publix. Anyways, they have like 5 of them. different colors. Last time I went they were on sale from 220 to 150-180 cant quite remember.

I've seen em for $120 at petland....might get one of those. Gotta keep it away from my reptiles though, it'd get eaten by one or kill the others...

I know Petco for sure has them, and there is a place off Pleasant Hill Rd out here in Gwinnett, in front of the Petco, they have a bunch of ferrets too

I was about to get one before I found out how much they smell, then I got me a bulldog LIRL

Petland on Pleasant Hill has ferrets for sure...

I don't know about them though...every ferret I've come across has been really feisty.

i got 1 and it aint to bad it fun to watch it run around and play with my dog and 2 cats it like a big rat on crack jumpin around from invisable things.lol any ways just go to a small pet shop in your area that the best way to get 1 or just look in classifieds cuz petco and mart breed them on farms and they are really for shure to be alive after u buy em and tend to get sick. later

i bought mine about 8 years ago from Jungle Pets, it came neutred and descented for 120$, it was about 7 weeks. i owned 2 ferrets and they were both very sweet. NO THEY DONT STINK if they are descented, and they are very sweet. if you teach them from the time they are little not to bite then they wont. but they do get into everything. they are very curious animals, you can find some at the pet store next to Ronald Regan Parkway where it meets hwy 124 in Snellville, i see them in pet stores all the time, make sure you get them when they are young though, after that it is hard to break bad habbits, and if they grow up at the pet store in a cage, they have not been handled that much, and may be more prone to do some serious biting.

i wanted to get a ferret also but then i changed my mind after my 10th one of biting me ..
there was like 20 of them being sold at the pet store out in marrietta ..
if you do purchase one descent them so they dont stink ..
